Job Summary
Solicit, win, close, and service loan transactions secured by equipment across Arizona and Southern California; travel to prospective and existing customer offices to build trust and lasting partnerships; articulate complex finance and lease structures to tailor solutions; generate new business to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining relationships with existing customers and prospects; participate in training events, product training, trade shows, and industry conferences to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar is preferred
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience in finance, preferably structured equipment finance
- strong understanding of sales, credit, marketing, business and management principles
- exceptional written, telephone, and personal presentation skills
- ability to connect with clients and explain complex financial concepts
- ability to analyze problems and evaluate options
- ability to safeguard confidential information
