Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for soliciting, winning, closing, and servicing loan transactions secured by equipment across Arizona and Southern California. Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings, travel to customer offices, and proactive prospecting via phone, email, and social channels. Communicate complex finance and lease structures to deliver tailored financial solutions, generate new business, and achieve/exceed sales targets. Participate in training events, conferences, and industry activities to stay ahead of market trends and ensure high-quality client service. Requires residency in Arizona, a focus on relationship-building, strategic selling, and capability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience in finance, preferably structured equipment finance
- Strong understanding of sales, credit, marketing, business and management principles
- Excellent written, telephone, and interpersonal presentation skills
- Ability to connect with clients and convey complex financial concepts simply
- Ability to identify problems, analyze information and evaluate options to implement solutions
- Ability to safeguard confidential information and exercise judgment
- Self-motivated, driven and disciplined with initiative to deliver results
- Willingness to travel to prospective and existing customer offices
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
