Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the Miraclon Flexcel NX Solutions business across the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition, expanding sales of hardware, software, and consumables, managing a team of Sales Managers and Channel Partners, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue short-, mid-, and long-term business opportunities. Key duties include strategic account planning, identifying opportunities with printers and converters, linking flexo plate trade shops with packaging printers, supporting OFP projects, participating in sales and marketing activities, internal collaboration with Customer Care and Technical teams, and delivering measurable on-press tests to increase market share. Must possess significant regional sales experience in flexographic printing or a related field, hold a degree, have strong analytical and communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to travel extensively in the Asia Pacific region.
Required Qualifications
- Significant regional sales experience
- Educated to degree level
- Active knowledge in flexible packaging industry
- Experience managing sales and/or technical support teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Asia Pacific
- English language skills; regional language skills a bonus
