Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Ag Express Electronics is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing dealership relationships within a designated territory. Key responsibilities include managing dealer accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing long-term partnerships with agricultural dealers, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill dealer needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. Frequent travel is required to support dealer relationships.
