Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager leads group and event sales across multiple Activate locations in the East Region, driving corporate partnerships, school/community engagement, and revenue growth through strategic outreach and pipeline management. Responsibilities include regional leadership of sales strategy, maintenance of a strong corporate/social/youth bookings pipeline, collaboration with store GMs and Operations, local grand opening outreach, and localization campaigns to maximize event revenue. Requires 5+ years in event/hospitality/experiential sales, 2+ years of multi-location leadership, proven CRM and analytics proficiency, and a track record of meeting revenue targets in entertainment or venue settings.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or experiential entertainment sales
- 2+ years of sales leadership or multi-location management
- Proven success managing corporate event sales pipelines
- Experience leading teams toward revenue targets and performance goals
- Strong CRM and sales analytics skills
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or attraction-based venues
- Experience selling team-building experiences or corporate events
- Highly organized and systems-minded and bias toward testing and optimization
- Strong communicator across marketing, ops, and tech teams
- Comfortable in high-growth, evolving environments
