Job Summary
Lead regional sales in the Las Vegas market by coaching, training, and elevating distributors through hands-on education, live events, one-on-ones, and group trainings. Serve as the on-the-ground face of Unicity, driving the revenue trajectory with campaigns, launches, and real-time market insights. Act as the primary liaison between your region and corporate, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities, and developing emerging leaders who can scale their own teams. Expected travel 25–50% of the time for events and trainings, with evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate events. This is a field-based role that requires proactive problem-solving, visibility, and a passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their lives.
