Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Leader for UKI and Nordics with strong background in Networking technologies, proven sales and leadership experience, responsible for driving market growth and managing sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or general management within the telecommunications or technology industry
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Living inside the described Territory is mandatory
- The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- Proven sales track record in IP Routing, Optical Transport, and/or Advanced Voice Technologies
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in a leadership role, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
