Job Summary
The Regional Sales Leader at Prosperity Home Mortgage will lead a team of Mortgage Consultants, driving sales performance and fostering relationships in the real estate community. Key responsibilities include setting sales goals, mentoring the team, advising clients on mortgage programs, ensuring loan production excellence, and conducting financial analysis. The role requires proven mortgage sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and applicable licenses. This position offers a base salary of up to $75K, along with commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proven experience in mortgage sales or operations with a track record of successful origination in agency, government, and jumbo loans
- Strong phone communication and social media skills
- Must possess all applicable licenses required for the role
- Willingness to travel within the local area and provide your own transportation
