Job Summary
Regional Sales Leader drives revenue across a designated territory for multiple product lines in medical devices (anesthesia, respiratory, urology). Responsible for generating and protecting sales revenue, meeting quarterly and annual quotas, training distributor partners and customers on product function, maintaining sales reports, and attending trade shows. Requires Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of medical device sales experience with a track record of quota attainment. Must be able to train distributors, collaborate and communicate at all levels, manage multiple personalities, and travel as needed (overnight). Based in Phoenix, AZ, with in-person engagement for the role.
