Regional Sales Leader

Acquire new RainSoft dealers and assist with start-ups across North Atlantic states (NC, VA, WV, MD, PA, NJ, DE, NY, VT, CT, ME, MA, NH, RI) while growing existing distributors and adding key accounts. Serve as a key partner establishing dealer success by supporting business models, consulting to develop regional revenue, and training internal/external partners on product features using iPad presentations. Conduct in-field training with outside sales representatives through home sales presentations and observations, work cross-functionally with regional training, marketing, and product management, and orchestrate regional sales meetings and conventions. Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasting and travel a minimum of 26 weeks annually for on-site consulting, recruiting, hiring, and training. Build strategies with Home Depot Store Managers to acquire new customers and facilitate ongoing product knowledge sessions.
