Job Summary
Regional Sales Leader overseeing the Business Insurance and Employee Health & Benefits sales force in the region; responsibilities include establishing sales objectives, coordinating sales and service efforts, mentoring and developing producers, recruiting and hiring, achieving revenue growth, coordinating training, and representing MMA as a market leader. Requires strong leadership, strategic relationship-building, ability to develop marketing strategies to meet revenue goals, and travel as needed. Must hold Florida licenses (220 and 215) and bring 5+ years of sales/sales management experience; a college degree is desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hybrid work environment is available across the Florida locations listed.
