Regional Sales Leader for Employee Benefits responsible for leading the regional sales efforts, combining marketing, sales, and analytical strategies to cultivate and close new business; hire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team; travel to close deals with target customers; build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers; translate regional strategy into actionable annual plans, drive growth and profitability, and ensure client service standards are met and revenue targets are achieved.

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership within the employee benefits insurance industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
