Job Summary
Regional Sales Leader for a Boston territory within a medical devices company. Responsible for all sales functions for the designated territory across multiple product lines, achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas, training distributor partners and customers on product function, maintaining sales reports, and attending trade shows. Requires clinical and sales proficiency, ability to learn new concepts and technology, strong collaboration and communication skills at all levels, high organization and time management, and overnight travel as needed. Eligible for competitive base salary with health benefits and PTO; travel-intensive role focusing on growing revenue across Acute Care and Subacute call points.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of successful medical device sales experience
- History of exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
