Job Summary
Regional Sales Leader position at Allergan Aesthetics (an AbbVie company) responsible for driving regional sales strategy and execution to maximize market penetration for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. Leads a team of 7-10 Sales Representatives, develops account strategies across Facial and SkinMedica products, partners with cross-portfolio teams to identify opportunities, coordinates with APC and ADC for top accounts, supports development of regional account plans, and travels to customer sites as required (travel 50%+). Requires building and coaching high-performing teams, leading in a matrix organization, and delivering against regional objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10+ years of sales and sales management experience
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Med Device/Consumer Sales environments
- Direct sales/cash environment experience (B2B)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
