Job Summary
Regional Sales Lead responsible for securing profitable work within the assigned Rochester, NY region by prospecting, building relationships with GCs, owners, developers, and municipal clients, presenting proposals, and converting opportunities into awarded projects. Role includes representing the company at client meetings, job walks, networking events, and industry forums; qualifying opportunities to align with margin goals; partnering with Estimating and Preconstruction to deliver accurate proposals; maintaining CRM discipline with forecasts and next steps; communicating sales risks and opportunities to leadership; supporting contract negotiations to ensure scope clarity; and serving as the regional face of the company with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- An Associates degree is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales or business development experience in electrical contracting, construction, or related industry.
