Job Summary
Regional Sales Executive for Valet Living responsible for owning and growing a designated territory in the multifamily sector. Develop and close new business by engaging community managers, regional managers, asset managers, property owners, and management groups; build and scale a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, in-person and virtual meetings, and CRM discipline. Lead multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles, articulate Valet Living’s value proposition, and ensure smooth handoffs with Account Management and Operations. Frequent travel within the territory is required. Role blends field-based and remote work with up to 70% travel. Compensation includes OTE of $144,000-$171,000 per year, with a base salary range of $80,000-$95,000 and uncapped commissions. Salesforce experience and knowledge of established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Value Selling) are valued. The final compensation is aligned to location, experience, and skill set.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of B2B outside consultative sales experience
- Proven ability to originate and close new business in a results-driven environment
- Experience selling to senior leaders, asset managers, and owners within a multi-stakeholder, consultative sales process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM (preferred)
- Ability to travel frequently within designated territory
