Job Summary
Regional Sales Executive APAC at a venture-backed cybersecurity startup responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging both partner-led and direct opportunities, and shaping the company’s presence in the APAC region. You will align platform value to operational problems faced by CISOs, compliance leads, and risk teams, maintain CRM discipline, provide forecasting, and feed market insights to shape GTM and product strategy. The role requires building and advancing pipeline, working with GTM and leadership, proactive initiative, and a credible understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, and BI landscapes. Flexible working hours with hybrid in Sydney, Australia, and a base plus OTE and stock options compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales
- Proven performance against a $1M+ annual quota, including closing $100K+ deals
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline - from outbound, through partners, or via strategic engagement
- Experience selling to CISOs, technology leaders, and governance/risk functions
- Be driven by mission and impact, not just commissions
- Be able to speak credibly about the cybersecurity landscape
