Regional Sales Director - West

Job Summary

Lead a diverse biopharma sales team by recruiting, hiring, and developing frontline leaders while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Drive regional sales performance by setting clear expectations, managing budgets, and ensuring all promotional activities align with corporate ethics and compliance policies. Coach leaders through field rides and sales meetings, analyze market data to identify opportunities, and translate field insights into actionable recommendations for the broader organization. Establish strong relationships with key regional customers and KOLs while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and medical affairs to advance the selling process. This field-based role requires 40-50% travel within the selling geography and beyond to sales meetings and conventions, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

  • A master's degree (MBA or advanced science/medical degree)
