Job Summary
Regional Sales Director (Texas) leads a high-performing specialty sales team to support the launch and growth of a neuroscience/psychiatry therapy. The role partners with certified treatment centers, psychiatrists, and integrated care systems; ensures alignment with regulatory, safety, and patient-access frameworks; builds relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, academic centers, and KOLs; collaborates cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, and Patient Support; drives regional launch execution, site-of-care logistics, and data-driven performance improvements; oversees budgets, forecasting, and territory alignment; and conducts regular field coaching to strengthen clinical selling and consultative engagement with mental health providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
- 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies
- Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
- Experience launching therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration models and/or a background working with IDNs, academic medical centers, and specialty treatment sites
- Experience building teams in startup or pre-launch biotech environments
