Job Summary
Regional Sales Director for ASEAN (SEA) leading cybersecurity sales. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the ASEAN region. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, align with marketing, product, and inside sales, and drive collaboration across teams. Lead, mentor, and coach a regional sales team, conduct regular performance reviews, recruit and train new talent, and ensure data integrity in CRM. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners, act as senior point of contact for complex deals and escalations, and represent the company at industry events and customer meetings. Requirements include 6+ years managing a regional cyber security sales team, vendor cybersecurity experience, a track record of meeting quotas, deep understanding of cybersecurity products/services (network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, IAM, secure Wi-Fi, MDR, NDR), strong leadership and negotiation skills, and Salesforce proficiency with willingness to travel within ASEAN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing a small regional sales team in cyber security
- Proven background and experience in IT cybersecurity with a vendor is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Understanding of cybersecurity products and services (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity and access management, secure Wi-Fi, MDR, NDR).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM salesforce.com
- Ability to travel in ASEAN as needed.
