Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Healthcare Solution Executives focused on delivering health information technology solutions to Health Systems and Hospitals in the Southeast US. Develop and manage sales strategies, activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to drive regional progress toward goals, territory metrics, and quota analysis. Implement best practices throughout the sales team to ensure consistent, high-quality performance and evolve the company sales process. Position value with VP and C-level decision makers to negotiate contracts and close business, while executing business unit strategies to ensure profitable sales growth, retention, and expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (7) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED AND (14) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public government or military environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Must be able to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during initial days of employment
- Must not perform work in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County
- Must provide education and work history via resume upload or application fields
Desired Qualifications
- Master's in Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) or similar Master's degree
- Proven leadership, organization and planning ability
- Ability to be effective and clear with upward and downward communication
- Strong relationship, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience managing a territory and delivering complex high dollar technology solutions across multiple departments in regional and large hospital systems in excess of $14M annually
- Proven ability to coach and assist in the development of others, creating success through leadership
- Proven ability to delegate effectively
- Proven ability to facilitate growth by sponsoring and championing new products, programs, and ideas through the encouragement of innovation
- Must have good work/life balance skills, accompanied by the ability to recognize one's own signs of stress and manage them well
- Experience in the design and development of sales training
- Client-centric in style; respected among their clients who is known and respected throughout the client's hospital leadership and across the client base
- Energetic self-starter who possesses an intense sense of urgency
- Action oriented and results driven
- A person with a strong 'hands on' and disciplined work ethic
