Regional Sales Director responsible for ensuring the assigned region achieves profit, loan and deposit growth, and fee income while leading and directing banking-center associates. Develops and originates business opportunities for the Bank, recruits and develops staff, communicates and implements company goals, and stays involved in the community. Requires leadership, strategic planning, sales and relationship-building skills, experience in banking operations and compliance, and ability to travel between facilities as needed.
