Job Summary
Regional Sales Director responsible for leading all sales strategy, execution, and team performance across 27 branches and five legacy brands (Pine Tree, Duffy’s AIS, K&D, SAM Service, CAPS) within the East Region. Drive top-line revenue growth, establish targets and KPIs, and foster a high-performance sales culture while unifying diverse teams and preserving brand strengths. Build executive-level relationships with regional and national accounts, collaborate with operations to align service delivery with sales commitments, and identify strategic growth opportunities across multi-location customers. Lead and develop a distributed team of sales leaders and account managers, standardize best practices, and drive cross-brand collaboration. Frequent travel to customer and branch locations is required. Desired capabilities include leadership, relationship-building, strategic planning, pricing/pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making to expand market share and introduce new services across multiple brands.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading multi-location, multi-brand sales organizations
- Strong track record of driving measurable revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership and coaching ability with distributed teams
- Willingness to travel regularly across the East Region to customer & branch locations
- High level of business acumen, including pricing strategy and margin management
- Must be able to complete background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years of age
