Job Summary
Regional Sales Director leading a 6-8 direct-report sales team across PA, DE, and Upstate NY; accountable for direct sales, revenue growth of Siemens Healthineers Laboratory Solutions (chemistry, immunoassay, coagulation, hematology, automation, IT), and management of forecasting and CRM. Drive account strategy, ensure training and adherence to commercial best practices, collaborate across Service, Technical Applications, Finance, Marketing, HR, and other teams to achieve multi-product lab solutions in IDNs, hospital labs, reference labs, and physician-office labs. Requires proven leadership in Laboratory Diagnostics, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a strategic focus on growth, with 7–10+ years of relevant experience and a BS/BA (or advanced degree). The role is field-based with remote options within the region and requires a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree
- 7 to 10+ years’ experience in a complex sales environment
- Track record of success leading sales team (or sales team members) in Laboratory Diagnostics
- Ability to reside and have experience in the Region (PA/DE/Upstate NY)
- Experience in coaching and mentoring, with focus on development of teams
- Experience in training and development, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence (and clean record per policy)
