Job Summary
Manage a region across WA, OR, ID, UT, CO, MT, WY, and CO to achieve targeted sales goals for Axogen's peripheral nerve repair portfolio. Demonstrate business acumen by analyzing sales and financial data to monitor trends, work with VP Sales to develop territory objectives, and prepare semi-annual business plans. Lead field representatives through regular visits to clarify direction, negotiate agreements, and build customer relations while monitoring CRM adoption. Collaborate on planning and closing business opportunities, developing sales training tools, and driving professional growth for the team. Maintain inventory balance and stay informed on competitive activities and industry trends. Adhere to all company policies, Sunshine Act, and clinical regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Operating Room Sales Experience focusing in Lifesciences
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of Axogen Experience required
- Strong written, verbal, computer and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of sales team building, motivation and leadership
- Capable of motivating and communicating effectively with teams responsible for delivering direct sales
- Experienced and skilled at coaching and counseling field sales representatives
- Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills relative to job expectations
- Willingness to travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years sales management experience preferred
