Job Summary
Lead regional sales for Minimally Invasive/Laparoscopic Surgery with P&L and field-execution accountability across East/West regions. Build and scale a high-performing regional sales organization, recruit and develop top talent, set regional quotas, and deliver sustained revenue growth. Partner with marketing and national sales leadership on launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives; cultivate relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, health systems, and key opinion leaders; forecast, review performance, and drive market expansion through strategic account development while traveling extensively within the assigned region to support the sales team and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with significant experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience working with surgeons, hospital systems, and complex healthcare selling environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and standard business applications
