Job Summary

Regional Sales Director able to lead an enterprise outbound team, build pipeline, and close net-new logos in a highly technical environment. Own outbound strategy for enterprise, coach AEs, and step into deals when needed. Establish KPIs, run regular pipeline reviews, forecast accurately, and align with marketing, finance, and leadership. Lead a team to hit and exceed revenue targets, with experience selling six-figure contracts into complex enterprise accounts and credibility with engineering buyers. Nice-to-have background in developer tools or related technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration with SEs. Expect travel to meet with customers and prospects; remote-friendly within the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a frontline enterprise sales manager
  • experience leading teams of 6–10 Account Executives
  • hands-on coaching approach to rep development and performance management
  • experience selling six-figure contracts into enterprise accounts
  • strong forecast discipline and pipeline management
  • ability to coach reps to improve deal quality and close rates
  • deep experience selling to engineering teams and technical buyers
  • ability to run structured deal reviews and use qualification frameworks (MEDDIC/MEDDPICCC)
