Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
Regional Sales Director responsible for generating profitable subscription sales of JSSI Maintenance Software Solutions (including Traxxall and Aviator) within a defined territory. Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract, conduct online demonstrations of software platforms using GoTo Meeting/Zoom/Microsoft Teams, negotiate prices, and maintain detailed activity reports in Salesforce.com. Travel within the territory and to industry events to promote and sell services; collaborate with senior management to develop strategic and tactical sales plans and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for the maintenance software suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years in aviation sales; preferably in aviation software or aircraft sales
- Working knowledge of aircraft and the business aviation industry
- Ability to function independently
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively via email and telephone
- Experience with Salesforce.com and JetNet preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
