Job Summary
Regional Sales Director responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships, promoting and selling Boston Mutual products, and demonstrating high levels of service professionalism. Develop and maintain a network of brokers and agents in the assigned territory, promote Workplace Solutions, expand product offerings, and deepen distribution. Travel approximately 80% with hybrid work arrangement, build relationships with brokers/agents and key customer accounts, meet or exceed individual performance metrics, collaborate across the organization, and leverage Boston Mutual’s tools to drive sales and market presence. Travel-focused field sales with emphasis on underwriting knowledge, enrollment processes, and product education to drive growth across Indiana and Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience
- 2+ Years of Experience with Voluntary Benefits/Ancillary Benefits/Group Benefits
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Proven ability to close deals and move strategy forward
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and persuasive presentations
