Regional Sales Director – EMEA

Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives across EMEA markets. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted engagement with enterprise decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close, while maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems. Build trusted relationships with senior IT, compliance, and business stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment. Represent Archive360 at customer meetings, industry conferences, and partner events to drive consistent revenue growth. This hybrid London-based role requires up to 50% travel to visit clients and partners in the UK and EMEA, with weekly collaboration meetings in London. The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in data management or compliance solutions, and demonstrates a proven track record of overachievement in closing complex deals.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement in developing and closing complex enterprise deals across EMEA
- Demonstrated success leading strategic account planning and territory development
- Proven hunter mentality — skilled at identifying, pursuing, and winning new business while expanding existing relationships
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across large organizations
- Strong familiarity with multi-country sales cycles, procurement processes, and regional market dynamics within EMEA
- Understanding data archiving, application retirement, and information lifecycle management solutions
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel to visit clients and partners in the UK and EMEA (up to 50%)
- Meet in London to collaborate with UK team on a weekly basis
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- advanced degree a plus
- ideally in data management, compliance, cloud, or information governance solutions
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS) and privacy/compliance frameworks such as GDPR preferred
- proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
