Job Summary
Design and execute a strategy to increase penetration with builders, panelizers, dealers, and distributors in your region while managing a network of territory and independent reps. Create a laser focus on converting builders, align regional goals with sales rep partners, and ensure they have the right tools to succeed. Set expectations with direct reports and attend key industry events to promote the Ox portfolio of products. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments. Travel 60% of the time to perform job duties at the highest level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of sales experience in the building products industry
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the building products industry
- Experience with presenting to builders, architects, code officials, and distributors/dealers
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- A sense of humor

- High personal and professional integrity
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to perform your job at the highest level
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators
- Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
- 60% travel
