Job Summary
Regional Sales Director leading the Buffalo, NY office with responsibility for day-to-day operations, managing a team of 5-10 sales professionals, driving revenue growth to meet targets, leading new business development through cold calling and relationship-building, mentoring and coaching team members, leveraging CRM tools to track activities and analyze data, and overseeing operational aspects including P&L (preferred). The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), a proven hunter sales background, CRM proficiency, strong data-analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across levels of the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3 years of sales management experience in the commercial business services industry
- Proven track record of success in a hunter sales role
- Ability to develop and mentor a team
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
- Operational management experience in the commercial business services industry (preferred)
- P&L management experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
