Job Summary
Coordinate and support the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives by developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with company goals, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management while assisting in the planning and execution of sales meetings, events, and training sessions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing and 7-8 years of experience in sales coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 7-8 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
