Job Summary
Regional Sales Consultant supports an external wholesaler to retain and grow relationships, assists in developing strategies and business plans to win new client relationships, manages the assigned geographic territory, and is accountable for scheduled activities, new account openings, account retention, revenue growth, and achievement of firm objectives. Responsibilities include prospecting to establish new relationships, building and maintaining relationships with investment professionals, communicating fund objectives and portfolio strategies, conducting outbound calls, coordinating marketing plans, and using CRM systems (Salesforce.com; Bloomberg experience a plus) to target and track activity. Collaboration across product areas to provide clients with product accessibility and to maximize sales opportunities; manage territory by setting appointments and coordinating marketing and materials; ensure data accuracy in CRM and support regional marketing and communications efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Required Licensing: FINRA Series 7 & 63
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
