Job Summary
The Regional Sales & Channel Specialist for South & West Zone at 3M is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key strategic accounts within the electronics sector. The role requires significant experience in account and channel management, particularly with OEMs and converters. Key responsibilities include executing territory plans, managing key account relationships, expanding distributor networks, applying technical expertise in tape conversion, and maintaining high-quality sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial instincts, a hands-on execution approach, and the ability to operate autonomously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 8–12 years of sales experience in Electronics, Automotive Electronics, OEM/CM/ODM, or Converter ecosystems
- Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor managing complex accounts and channel programs
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and tape conversion
- Experience independently designing and executing distributor and channel development programs
- Working knowledge of SFDC and structured sales methodologies
