Job Summary
Regional Sales & Business Development Manager responsible for developing new customers in the Northeast, maintaining sales targets and growth, conducting meetings and presentations with independent, regional and national accounts, and frequent travel to conventions, shows, and customer locations. Role supports remote work from the Northeast with regular in-person commitments in NYC; requires strong fresh produce knowledge, established relationships with national and regional accounts, ERP proficiency, and a college degree or relevant produce industry experience. The position offers a base salary with performance incentives and full benefits, and may involve Travel to grow the customer base across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels.
Required Qualifications
- College degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related fields of study desired, or relevant experience in the produce industry.
