Job Summary
Regional Sales Associate at Twin Liquors with a focus on consulting customers, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring knowledgeable product/service delivery in wine and spirits. Responsibilities include responsible alcohol service per laws, maintaining product displays and signage, delivering excellent customer service, operating POS and handling transactions, staying informed on product trends, and communicating with Store Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations. Requires strong customer engagement, integrity, written and verbal communication, retail sales experience, familiarity with technology used in the role, ability to work diverse shifts, and adherence to company policies and TABC regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong knowledge of company policies, goals and standards
- Ability to act with integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and leadership
- Ability to use technology applicable to the position
- Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services
- Demonstrate creativity in promoting sales, merchandising and/or marketing
- Ability to follow directions and initiate completion of tasks with minimal supervision
- Problem solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; quality focus
- Knowledge of all TABC regulations that apply to the company
- Progressive retail experience
- Product knowledge in wine and spirits
