Job Summary
Regional Sales Associate provides field-level sales support to Regional Managers across a geography. Responsibilities include conducting equipment demonstrations and use-and-care training for dealers and end users, performing site surveys, supporting trade shows and open houses, managing demo equipment inventory, and executing the regional call plan in Salesforce. The role requires collaborating in a team environment, participating in one-on-one reviews with the Regional Director, and occasional overnight travel. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent education, strong communication and selling skills, self-motivation, time-management, and CRM proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- This is an entry level sales role
- Willingness to travel overnight on an occasional basis
- Must possess strong communication skills and CRM familiarity (Salesforce.com)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Salesforce.com (web and mobile versions)
