Job Summary
Support for Regional Vice President and Regional Sales Consultant by handling meeting setups, providing analytical research for meetings, entering data into CRM, calendar management, and assisting with marketing and campaign development. Proactively market AAM investment solutions to financial advisors upon obtaining FINRA licensing. Conduct territory data maintenance, manage and distribute marketing materials, assist in sales campaigns with RVP/RSC, perform proactive sales efforts for lower-tier clients, create/update spreadsheets, verify rep IDs, identify sources of unassigned trades, and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Will work to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66
- Financial services industry experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail orientation for accuracy of reports and databases
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment
