Job Summary
Conduct daily data entry of national sales orders into the traffic system, ensuring accuracy against contract, inventory, and scheduling constraints. Troubleshoot and resolve order-related discrepancies through regular maintenance and research of national sales orders. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success while generating and manipulating reports from internal systems and Excel spreadsheets. Maintain adherence to National sales processes, SOPs, and organizational directives using Windows PC and Office programs. Prioritize workload independently with a sense of urgency to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- A high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under a deadline
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Consistently comply with organizational directives and national standard operating procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal and external team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years' experience of administrative support preferred
- Broadcast Sales, media buying, or agency experience is a plus
- Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focus
