Job Summary
Regional Sales Administrator role supporting Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers; handle order entry, billing, customer forecast/planning, monitor shipments, verify shipping documents, maintain shipment records, generate status reports, and set up new customers in SAP/Salesforce. Strong proficiency with SAP, Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and travel as needed. Remote work option in Pacific Time Zone.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Suite
- Highly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and accountability
- Willingness to travel as required
