Job Summary
Coordinate with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Regional Sales Managers to manage forecasts, orders, samples, and customer communications within the assigned territory; entry of orders, billing, and shipments; monitor shipments, verify bills of lading, invoices, packing lists; maintain shipment records and generate status reports; monitor overdue invoices; set up new customers in SAP/Salesforce; perform daily and monthly sales reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
