Regional Safety Manager

Job Summary

Lead Regional EHS programs across the Southeast, championing a proactive safety culture focused on prevention and risk reduction. Develop and implement EHS policies, conduct comprehensive facility and field audits, and manage OSHA investigations and citations. Partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement, design safety training programs, and facilitate workshops for field and facility employees. Analyze safety metrics, document incidents with root cause analysis, and prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies. Serve as the subject matter expert on OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while ensuring compliance across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
  • Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans
  • Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to walk through operational facilities, navigate warehouse and production areas, climb stairs, and occasionally travel between work locations
  • Ability to stand, walk, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting or carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to safely access active work environments while conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and training activities
  • Ability to use a computer and other office technology, including inputting, retrieving, and analyzing information within various software systems
  • Must be available for approximately 50% travel
  • Must be located in Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX (Preferred)
