Job Summary
Regional Safety Manager to lead day-to-day safety operations for KIPP Atlanta Schools, overseeing third-party safety vendors, developing and implementing school safety plans, training staff, ensuring compliance with local/state requirements, and managing the safety budget. Responsibilities include vendor management and performance, coordinating safety programming across the regional network, leading safety-related crises, staying current with best practices, and collaborating with state/district partners. Required is a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in school safety with 3+ years in management; strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential.
