Job Summary
Regional Safety Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and leading safety programs across multiple distribution centers, warehouses, and logistics operations within an assigned region; collaborates with operations leaders to embed safety into daily operations, drive injury prevention, ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance, lead safety audits and training, manage incident investigations and corrective actions, and build a proactive, safety-focused culture across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of safety leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations
- Experience with forklift safety and material handling environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and drive cultural change across multiple locations
- CSP, ASP, or other safety certification preferred
- Experience in distribution or building materials industry
- Experience building safety programs across multiple warehouse locations
