Job Summary
Conduct local grocery delivery routes across Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois, averaging 1,400 to 1,600 miles weekly with assigned overnight start times between 10 PM and 5 AM. Operate a Class A tractor-trailer using motorized pallet jacks for efficient unloading into store back rooms, earning per-stop and per-trailer bonuses while qualifying for mileage-based pay scaling based on experience. Maintain a valid Class A CDL with at least three months of recent tractor-trailer experience, working nights, weekends, and holidays including mandatory sixth workdays during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months
- Live within the shaded hiring zone
- Own reliable personal transportation to get to and from the distribution center daily
- Must be cool working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be available for a mandatory 6th workday during holiday weeks
