Job Summary
Lead overall leadership and management of patient care, quality performance, financial operations, and outcome achievement across Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, Campbellsville, Bowling Green, and Elizabethtown hospice communities. Promote a culture of excellence by ensuring outcomes meet patient, family, and caregiver needs while driving employee performance and engagement. Reach unserved patients and families through collaborative efforts with professional and community sources, both internally and externally. Operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- RN with current RN licensure in the states of Kentucky and or Indiana
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other health-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
- Understanding of regulatory issues
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hospice/home health experience
- Clinical expertise in hospice
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in electronic health records
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail

- Proof of immunity to MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
