Job Summary
Conduct regional clinical consulting for long-term care facilities, leveraging one or more years of experience as a Regional Clinical Director or Registered Nurse Consultant. Manage staff development by providing resources, tools, and training to support current and future career growth. Apply strong management and people skills to ensure compliance with rules and regulations while maintaining a caring, compassionate environment for staff and residents. Requires a valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
Required Qualifications
- WI Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
- Must have long term experience as a DON or Reginal Nurse Consultant
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ Years Regional Clinical Director Experience preferred
