Job Summary
Regional Risk Manager responsible for leading the regional credit risk team in the Philippines, overseeing credit approvals for mobile phone installment businesses, monitoring regional asset portfolio quality, and owning delinquency and charge-off rates. Leads front-line credit officers and field verification teams, conducts regular training on credit policies and anti-fraud rules, and develops local key staff. Maintains risk oversight of channel partners (stores/dealers), handles appeals on rejected cases, and conducts risk inspections. Implements anti-fraud strategies, establishes regional blacklist/greylist mechanisms, and optimizes interview scripts and document verification processes for regional customers. Requires strong data analysis skills (Excel), excellent communication and coordination abilities, willingness to travel within the region, and familiarity with local Philippine market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Management, or related fields
- 5-10 years of experience in consumer FINTECH, HOME CREDIT, CASH LOAN, DEVICE or CREDIT COMPANY
- Anti-Fraud Investigation experience
