Job Summary
Regional Revenue Manager for SureStay at BWH Hotels drives pricing strategy and revenue optimization across 200+ properties. Responsibilities include influencing owner/operator pricing decisions through strategic guidance and coaching, analyzing hotel performance and market conditions to deliver actionable pricing recommendations, leading yield-management discussions, promoting adoption of AI-enhanced revenue-management tools, translating insights into practical pricing, inventory, and performance improvements, and delivering classroom and virtual training programs. The role requires 5+ years of revenue-management experience (property-, regional-, or corporate-level), a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), and strong analytical, communication, and training skills. The position is hybrid with onsite presence at the Global Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) and remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and may involve travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a property-level, regional, or corporate revenue manager
- Multi-property revenue management experience preferred
- Proven experience with revenue management systems and AI-enhanced technology platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate virtual meetings and present recommendations
